Returns

Your order is made personally for you. Therefore, we would like to ask you not to order several sizes but to look at our size guide for the respective product or to write your size question by e-mail to support@standards-club.com. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it.

Returns are accepted within 14 working days starting of the arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in a 100% re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. If you want to return an order, please write us an email with your order number and the item you want to return. If we are getting returns without authorisation we have to return them to the sender.
Because we are such a small business shipping costs for the returns have to get paid by the customer. 
Nonetheless, if the reason for your return is a defect, or wrong item sent, please let us know and we will reimburse the return shipping costs. _ As soon as an accepted return will arrive in our office, we will refund the money through the same way you sent it us within fourteen days.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Please write an E-Mail to support@standards-club.com with your order number.
2. Write down the following details on a sheet of paper: order number, full name, street name, house number, area code, city, country, phone number and e-mail
3. Place this sheet of paper inside your box and pack the item correctly
4. Ship your return to:
